Lacey and Travis Wedding | Elena Evelyn | Fort McMurray Wedding

I’m so glad one of our mutual friends recommended me to Lacey and Travis, I feel so honored to have been a part of their wedding day. Their Fort McMurray wedding was a beautiful and emotional day. During their reception, watching their slideshow I found myself relating to them and their love story of how they met and went through high school together. A story very similar to my own, and brought back all the nostalgia of living in my hometown of Fort McMurray. I miss it so much! They were together for almost 10 years in 2019, and it was so cool to see the emotions and the happiness throughout the day. The whole day and their story is so wholesome, I loved it.

After meeting up with Travis for some getting ready photos, I headed over to the Platinum Hotel for Lacey’s getting ready photos, then to the bridge connecting Heritage Park and Lions Park in downtown Fort McMurray for her first look with her father. Lacey and Travis were married at Lions Park, then after formals around the park we headed to their reception at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 165 in Waterways.
I loved that they had their ceremony in Lions park, where they were engaged the year before. I thoroughly enjoyed their wedding day, I hope you enjoy these images!
