Though we are in the thick of wedding season this 2023, I just had to carve out the time to share this spectacular wedding day! Kirstin and Ethan’s special day was insanely beautiful, we had awesome weather, locations, and details that all came together to create a memorable day. Ashley Kavanagh has done it again with her coordination and design of this event, everything was so beautiful and quite a treat to photograph.
I met Kirstin and Ethan in 2021 at Kirstin’s sisters wedding. At the end of 2021 I was super happy to get an inquiry from Kirstin as I knew they would have another amazing wedding day. I feel so honored to have been there to capture it all, it still blows me away that this is the job I have.

We started out the day with getting ready photos, then a first look at Hermitage Park followed by some formal photos. We then headed to their ceremony and reception location in the Sunridge Ski Area in Strathcona Science Provincial Park. Their evening ceremony overlooking the river valley was just stunning, the back lighting, décor, and background all made this a gorgeous setup as a ceremony location. After their ceremony, family photos, and a few more Formal Photos, we headed in for their reception.
