I met Amber by photographing my friend Loveita’s wedding in Niagara Falls in 2018. We always joke, “That’s the girl I slept with!” because we were roommates for that wedding stay. Amber is the sweetest and I was so happy to take some photos of her and Tim.
I met up with Amber and Tim in Canmore for their session. I had stayed in Canmore the night before, and we had gotten a snowfall in the area throughout the night, making everything look magical for the session. I love winter sessions when there’s snow on the trees, it makes it look that much more pretty and wintery. We got pretty lucky! Plus the weather was warm enough to not have a coat on for some of the session, pretty awesome! Amber and Tim brought along their puppy, and it was the best thing ever. I love dogs! He was so floppy and adorable. I will always say yes to bringing your furry family members to sessions.
